Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. You may close your betsso account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no prohibited activity is under investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the betsso Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with betsso informally by contacting our support team. betsso will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulations.
betsso is regulated by PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels. betsso cooperates fully with all PAGCOR investigations and regulatory inquiries.
